"I have now known Siobhan Bulfin for a number of years and have followed her work in the bronze sculpting world with keen interest. To create a successful sculpture the sculptor or sculptress needs to know the subject matter very well indeed. To produce an accurate figure of a horse is one thing but to show that sculpture in action and with a feeling of life is another skill altogether.
Siobhan has been living and working with horses throughout her life. She has a family steeped deeply in the equine world which I know she can rely upon to lend her help and those useful extra sets of eyes for advise.
I admire Siobhan's zest for a challenge and her lack of fear at facing a complicated cast… like for example her three horses leaping over a fence defying gravity. It is this sort of approach that can set a sculptor apart from others. I feel that she has the vision required to produce some extraordinary work."

"The movement in 'Horseplay' is spectacular but for me, as a vet,the exquisite
anatomical detail is the single most impressive feature of Siobhan's work."

I am happy to endorse the work of Siobhan Bulfin, artist, who has supplied a number of works for Horse Racing Ireland since 2008. One of these works is a landmark life-size bronze sculpture of three horses in motion which is prominently displayed on the lawn in front of our head office. She won the contract following an open competition judged by a panel chaired by the famous equestrian artist Peter Curling.
More recently, Siobhan supplied the trophies for our annual racing awards and these were widely acclaimed by the media and the recipients. The trophies are made in limited editions and will be customised for each year of the awards. This contract was won based on a competitive tender.
Siobhan has been very straightforward and punctual in all her dealings with us and has delivered exceptional value for money. I have no hesitation in endorsing her for any projects of a similar nature and will be happy to provide any other assurances that may be required.
